The HOAC’s Governing Board has three Standing Committees:
Leadership Committee – meets in between the general HOAC Board meetings. Duties include planning the agendas for the upcoming meetings, and making recommendations to the full Board as needed.

Membership: Martha Lyon, Community Services Consortium; Julie Manning, Samaritan Health Services; Jim Moorefield, Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services; Andrea Myhre, Corvallis Housing First; Karen Rockwell, Benton Habitat for Humanity.
Funding Coordination Committee – facilitates a coordinated approach to grant and funding opportunities among member organizations.
Chair: Jim Moorefield, Executive Director, Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services
SMART Committee – monitors progress on HOAC goals and ensures outcomes align with strategic objectives.
Chair: Andrea Myhre, Corvallis Housing First
